Where is Harvest of the Sea Shrimp from?

• Our shrimp is primarily sourced from India, Indonesia, Vietnam & Thailand. We also source product from Mexico.

What sustainability certifications does your products have?

• Our Farm Raised Products are either BAP or ASC Certified. Wild products are either MSC or in current FIP Programs.

Do your products contain antibiotics?

• All Harvest of the Sea products are raised without the use of antibiotics.

How long will thawed calamari last under refrigeration?

• We recommend using thawed calamari withing 24-48 hours. Keep in coldest temperature possible. We recommend storing the product as you would fresh fish, elevated with ice indirectly on the product.

How long will thawed shrimp last under refrigeration?

• Most Harvest of the Sea shrimp are IQF. We recommend thawing only what you need for the day. However, shrimp will keep 2-3 days after defrosting. Be sure keep elevated from any moisture.

Do you sell whole squid or squid ink?

• We currently only sell fully cleaned squid, we do not sell squid ink at this time.

How long will thawed branzino last under refrigeration?

• Harvest of the Sea branzino is IQF & IVP for your convenience. We recommend thawing only what you need for the day, however branzino is best stored as you would fresh fish, elevated with ice indirectly on the product for 2-3 days.
