Grilling with Seafood Medley
From Harvest of the Sea Kitchens
Ingredients:
3 cups Seafood Medley - Thawed* & Drained
1 lemon sliced
1/2 stick of unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp grill seasoning like Montreal Blend
2 garlic cloves minced
Aluminum foil for making grill packets
Method
Thaw* and drain Seafood Medley. Melt butter in a small glass bowl then whisk in olive oil, seasoning and minced garlic. Make 2 aluminum foil packets and evenly distribute Seafood Medley and butter mixture. Place packets onto a pre-heated grill for 7-10 minutes. Carefully remove the packets from the grill and serve.
Tips
The best time to add the packets to the grill is when you add your vegetables so it does not overcook.
*Safely thaw Seafood Medley by transferring desired amount of product into a container and thawing in the refrigerator overnight.
