Dusted Ring and Tentacle Calamari with Herb Aioli
Herb Aioli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. fresh dill
1 tbsp. fresh chive
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. ground pepper
1 egg yolk.
Aioli Instructions
Method: Mince fresh herbs and stir together all ingredients until fully incorporated. Chill for 1 hour and stir again prior to serving.
For Service:
Easily fry 1 - 8 oz. portion of Harvest of the Sea’s New! Dusted Ring & Tentacle Calamari. Serve with ramekin of Aioli.
